Song Writing

Every singer or musician wants to be a songwriter, but very few understand the elements of making your song a successful/memorable one for people to remember. This songwriting module aims at giving musicians/singers the tools to express their ideas using lyrics and melody. Various songwriting methods and approaches will be incorporated into this module, and we will teach you the analysis of popular song structure and the use of simple chords.  The ultimate goal of this course will be completing your very first song, which will be done as a group in person but Zoom classes are also available for this course. Techniques would primarily focus on Praise and Worship music but can be applied to all genres.
